Location: the hotel was near shopping mall as well as the center on the city. Booked table at Azkadenya Ksa, located within 10 minutes' walk.

Deluxe king room was impressive and spotlessly clean had hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. The bathroom was fairly clean, included shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bathrobes.

Well, Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

Pleasant staff ensures you spend a good time here. The units are brand-new, reasonably large in the very spacious bathroom...

Friendly staff, excellent location, with complimentary breakfast for two and free Wi-Fi in rooms made our stay enjoyable.

It is new and modern. Room was clean. It is good for business travellers. Its location, there is a mall within 5 minutes walking distance.

The fact that it has only one restaurent. The room is not that spacious.

One of the good hotels in Riyadh... I like: the room, bath , AC, sofa and chairs, bed is very soft, valet parking.. Staff are kind and helpfull. The price is lil expensive for the room but after searching for many hotels in Riyadh.. I found this one is the one of the best ..

Dislike: in room minibar (Not cold at all), No viwe, No slippers, Room Service is OK but the food is not that good and expect a mistake in your order.. they said we don't have diet Cola or any diet drink!!!.. the carpet is not very very clean but still OK.

Hotel was Ok, room average but expensive for what it was.

The room allocated was an executive suite which was fine but expensive for what it was, I was booked in for 2 nights but checked out after one night as a construction site next to the hotel started work at 0500 with extremley loud jack hammers which continued all day making it impossible to work , sleep or even watch television it was extreemley loud and unacceptable. The hotel could not move me I therefore moved to a different quiet hotel. The construction has only just started and is likley to affect the hotel for some considerable time.

The beautiful king room provided a fine city view. The staff was communicative.

the pancakes are not tasty, and all the other things made by the cheif too. You should bring a better cheif to cook instant better food including the pankaces

Truly enjoyed my room, it was functional and brand-new for a fresh bath. The location was marvellous, a 10-15 minute walking distance from king Fahad National Library.

Facilities were excellent, nevertheless Wi-Fi connection was slow.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and the reservation managed perfectly through Booked.net

As of Dec 2, they are doing construction next to the hotel that is very loud. They start early in the morning. Check with the hotel the situation in advance.

The hotel did not honor any of the agreed package. On arrival, they assigned me the wrong room type and smoking room eventhough I clearly requested non smoking room. In the package, they supposed to give complimentary fruit basket and newspaper. None of these were provided. The room had flooded bathroom. One night before I advised the hotel staff that I am extending my stay by one night and they said no problem. The next day, late afternoon, I receive a call while in a meeting asking that I must leave the hotel since it is fully booked. So, I was forced to come and pack and to go look for another hotel.
